General Description of the TiVo TCD240140:
TiVo made a major revision to the TCD140060 Series2 units and the TCD240 group was the result. The internal layout changed dramatically, in part to locate the fan again at the edge of the unit where it had been in earlier versions and seemed to more successfully cool the unit. The features, however, were unchanged.

This is the second generation TiVo remote. This remote will be compatible with all other TiVos that use Peanut-shaped remotes. This has a TiVo logo on the bottom.
