General Description of the Pioneer 57H:

Pioneer made two DVRs: the Pioneer 810H and the Pioneer Elite 57H. These units were the first TiVo DVRs to contain DVD burners. The burners allow commercial DVDs to be played, CDs to be played, and DVDs to be burned, both of the content recorded on the DVR's hard drive, and of manually input content through the analog input jacks on the unit. The two models differ in that the Elite version is black, has a larger hard drive, and was only sold through Elite-level Pioneer dealers.
