TiVo and TiVoCast: Access Broadband TV Content on TiVo

TiVoCast allows you to download TV programming from the Internet directly to your TiVo box, using a broadband Internet connection. Once you set up a recording and download it, it will appear in your Now Playing List, just like regular television recordings.

TiVoCast effectively broadens the amount of television content available to you by bringing the entirety of the Internet to your TV. Rather than being beholden to your cable company for TV content, you can browse the Internet for content and videos. You can request a download or schedule a Season Pass recording to a particular TiVoCast program on your broadband-connected TiVo by going to TiVo Central, selecting Find Programs, and then selecting TiVoCast.
